During the course of these terms ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘this website’ refers to Capo di Moda. The terms and conditions can be altered at any time without any given notice.

This website was created for the purpose of selling products to the consumer and may be used for your own private purpose and must be in accordance with these terms and conditions. Using this website you will not send anything which is harmful in nature such computer viruses or any sort of dangerous or harmful software. You will not use any information displayed or written on this website and claim it as your own without written consent. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of this site.

We are not liable for any risks from a website which is linked to or from this website; also, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.

Other than personal information (which is treated entirely confidential) any other information that is sent to this website shall be considered non confidential and will be dealt with as we feel appropriate. We do not sell or lease any of your personal information.

Payment in most cases is taken as soon as you process it and the dispatch of the product will be once the payment has been verified. You may cancel at any time and if payment has been processed a full amount will be refunded. If you cancel once the product has been dispatched, you will be refunded once the product has returned. We will email you of any and all updates. We aim to process any returns and refunds as soon as the item has been verified by us which in most cases is the same day, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account.

We offer a Guarantee that the products you purchase are defect free. However, we understand that the mechanics of every watch differs and if receive a product which consists of defects you will have to inform us in writing within five working days by e-mail. The products must be returned in the same conditions in which it has been supplied with a box, booklet, guarantee and must not have been used in any way, after inspection we will then give a refund. Generally our profit margin is relatively low hence the discounted rates however due to manufactures prices alternating we will from time to time change our prices without any given notice. We do not have control over prices listed on external sites and are not obliged to provide products for any price which is listed on any external site which may reference or advertise for us. All of the prices listed on this site are VAT included at the standard UK rate, so the prices listed are the final price for that product.

In some cases we may make an error in the price and reserve the right to cancel and relist the item or alter the price. We may also cancel your order at any given time for any reason we deem necessary. The contract of sale does not take place until the order is verified and we send out an email informing you that your item is being dispatched.

At the moment out main source of receiving payment is Paypal, however if you wish to make a payment through credit card you can do through the Paypal payment system. Any information put through the Paypal system is kept private
