We provide a 2 year manufacturers warranty on all watches. Please note the warranty only covers watches with mechanical problems. Some watches may have an issue from time to time of gaining or losing time and under the warranty you will be eligible for the repair. We will repair or replace the movement of your watch if it proves to be defective.

Please note the warranty does not cover the following:-

1. battery replacement or issues
2. any physical damage such as loss of pieces, discoloration, scratches, general wear and tear, accidental damage of any sort or any other physical damage.
3. any damage caused by misuse.
4. water damage (this is not covered under any warranty as people are often mistaken by the standard of water resistance. Any watch which states ‘up to 50 meters / 5 ATM’ is recommend only for light splashes ‘200 meters / 20 ATM’ can comprehend shallow diving).
5. Repairs carried out by any third party will void the warranty.

Please note for any returned items we recommend a tracked service as we will not be held liable if the parcel is lost in transit.
